This issue was reported to Lotus Quality Engineering and has been addressed in
Domino for iSeries R5.09a.

SPR# MGIY566NVR - Fixed a problem where multiple call statements are not being
cleaned up properly.Supporting Information:
This is actually a Domino server issue, not an LEI for iSeries issue. The
failures occur with any application that makes multiple calls to the Domino
server from the operating system.
